1. Introduction
These ”Terms and Conditions” govern the use of services provided by Edits Pixel Incorporation including graphic design and image editing services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide services including but not limited to background removal, clipping path, color correction, ghost mannequin, image masking, photo retouching, and more.
All services are subject to availability and project scope as agreed between the client and Edits Pixel Incorporation

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide clear, detailed instructions and high-quality images for editing.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
4. Payment Terms
Payments must be made upfront or as per the agreed milestones.
Failure to complete payment may result in project delays or service cancellation.
5. Revisions and Refunds
free revisions are provided. Further revisions are charged additionally.
Refunds are only applicable if we fail to deliver work as agreed upon. Approved work is non-refundable.
6. Turnaround Time
Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and will be communicated prior to the project start. According to job urgency and job quality, delivery can be occurred within an hour.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback) may affect the timeline.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, all rights to the edited images will be transferred to the client.
We reserve the right to use non-confidential projects for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
8. Confidentiality
We prioritize client confidentiality and will not share or use your images for purposes other than those agreed.
9. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved under these laws.
